The land in question is either side of Nutwell Lane, to the south of the village. The land ownership is c. 150 acres in size, and a number of potential development options are presented under the masterplans tab which show what may be possible on the site. Any option would ensure the delivery of the Armthorpe bypass.
The site is currently used as agricultural land, and is classified as Grade 3. This means it is of average quality based on the scale of 1 (most productive) to 5 (least productive).
